Abstract
We systematically reviewed controlled studies evaluating Intervention X in adults with Condition Y. The review was done to investigate about evaluated treatment effectiveness and safety across eligible studies.
Database searches, screening, and data extraction were described using consistent review terminology. Study-selection counts were checked for presentation consistency across the abstract, methods, results, and flow diagram.
2.1 Information sources and search strategy
MEDLINE, Embase, and CENTRAL were searched from inception to the final search date. The searching was conducted using words related with The strategy combined terms for the population, intervention, and study design.

in synthesis
Across the included studies, effect estimates showed many differences between studies varied across studies. The narrative synthesis now separates direction of effect, certainty of wording, and between-study variation more clearly.
The revised discussion distinguishes the review findings from interpretation, limitations, and implications for future research, with consistent terminology carried through to the conclusion.
