Yes. Raise a request from your dashboard or email us the correct payer name and required tax details. We’ll issue a revised invoice where permitted.
QCan I change the date on the invoice?
We can update the invoice date where permitted by accounting policy. Send the preferred date and justification; we will reissue the invoice if compliant.
QHow do I request a customized invoice?
Provide institution name, address, tax/VAT/GST ID, PO number, cost center, and specific line-item wording. We’ll share a PDF invoice for your records.
QI don’t have a PayPal account, how can I pay?
You can pay via credit/debit card using our secure gateway or through bank transfer. Ask us for a payment link or pro forma invoice.
QHow to verify that payment is successful?

QWhat if I have made payment of an incorrect amount?

QI cannot see my manuscript in my online account dashboard anymore.
Check whether the filter is set to “Active Only.” Switch to “All/Completed.” If it is archived, use the Archived tab or contact support.
QHow do I check what is the status of my order?
From your dashboard, open Orders to view real-time status such as Queued, In Progress, QA, or Delivered.
QWhere can I see my order history?
Go to Dashboard > Orders and switch the filter to All. You can also export invoices from Billing.
QI’ve forgotten the password for my My Page account.
Click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your registered email, and follow the reset link sent to you.
QHow do I log in to my ContentXprtz account?
Visit the login page, enter your registered email and password, and click Sign In. New users can create an account and verify their email.
QHow can I select a preferred editor on My Page?
When placing an order, tick Assign Preferred Editor and enter the editor’s code or name if you have worked with them before.
QHow can I block a particular editor on My Page?
Open Account Settings > Editor Preferences and add the editor to your Do Not Assign list, or inform support.
QWhat is your referral policy?

Go to your dashboard and click Upload Revised File under the respective order. Select whether you want a recheck, additional edit, or proofreading of revised sections.
