QI don’t have a PayPal account, how can I pay?

First, check the filter set to “Active Only.” Switch to “All/Completed.” If it’s archived, use the Archived tab. Still missing? Contact support@contentxprtz.com with your Order ID—we’ll restore access promptly.
QHow do I check what is the status of my order?
From your dashboard, open Orders to view real-time status (Queued, In Progress, QA, Delivered). You’ll also receive email notifications at each stage and for any queries from the editor/QA team.
QI have made changes/added comments to my edited manuscript. Where do I upload it for consideration?
Open the delivered order → click Request Revision / Upload New Files → attach your revised document and notes. The same editor (or a senior reviewer) will address your comments and re-deliver.
QWhere can I see my order history?
Go to Dashboard > Orders and switch the filter to All. You can export your order list and invoices from Billing > Payments for your records.
